Riddhis and Siddhis rolled at His Holy Feet

Humbly request you to share with all you know on the planet!

Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj claimed and accepted neither suzerainty over this world nor the lordship over the worlds hereafter, He accepted neither all the super-natural powers of Riddhis and Siddhis nor the Sainthood; neither any fame nor any name but remained totally an unknown humble servant of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

R
iddhis and Siddhis roll at the feet of a true saint whereas so-called saints roll at the feet of the goddesses of Riddhis and Siddhis (goddesses of success and perfection). So-called saints worship these goddesses to acquire some power of Riddhis and Siddhis. They die for name, fame and a large following, whereas a true saint always established at the Lotus Feet of the Lord has no time even to look at them. These goddesses are always standing in humble homage to avail of any God-given opportunity to serve such a saint of total renunciation. That is the striking difference between worldly saints and a saint of pure love and total renunciation.

Saints thirsting for some powers of Riddhis and Siddhis get easily entangled in this ego-based self-glorification and keep on trying to impress and captivate people with so- called miraculous feats. They are themselves fettered in the tentacles of Maya. They cannot redeem themselves, what to say of redeeming others.

On the Path of Truth, on the way to God a true aspirant comes across in succession fascinating gifts of Maya. These are highly attractive and fascinating such as, some type of illumination, power of healing, mind reading and so on. One gets easily stuck up there and totally forgets the true Union with God. A true Lover of God least cares for these diversions and totally immersed in Love of God marches on and on till he has hit the Goal.

Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj claimed and accepted neither suzerainty over this world nor the lordship over the worlds hereafter, He accepted neither all the super-natural powers of Riddhis and Siddhis nor the Sainthood; neither any fame nor any name but remained totally an unknown humble servant of Sri Guru Granth Sahib - His sole, worthy and exclusive object of love, adoration and worship.

Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj did not at all swerve or deviate from His Niyems (principles). He shines as the Greatest Divine Hero, supremely unattached with the world. His Divine Attributes glorify and purify all the Three Worlds.

A True Saint possesses a Celestial Body. Not only he has unrestricted access to all regions of the universe but also to the SachKhand, the Supreme Abode of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib and is always absorbed in the Divine Name.
